Tracking Your Order
As soon as we ship your order we will update you with a tracking number. Within 72 hours of your purchase, you should receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you have opted to receive updates via Facebook Messenger, you will receive a message from SRCC Store with information about your tracking number.
If you still cannot find your tracking number, email us with your order number and we will assist you.
Canceling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order so that we may cancel shipping arrangements before they are completely processed.
Adjusting Your Order After Checkout
If you would like to add or otherwise adjust an order after checking out please email us within 24 hours of your purchase and we should be able to make adjustments and update the order.
If an Order Doesn't Arrive
If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe email us with your order number and we will look into it. If necessary, we will send out a replacement.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay or Paypal.
All transactions are processed in Japanese yen. Currency can be displayed in other currencies, however you will checkout using Japanese yen at the most current exchange rate.

Super Classic offers shipping to anywhere with a letterbox. For P.O. Boxes, there may be certain countries that do not provide mail delivery service addressed to P.O. Boxes.
We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 10 working days depending on the shipping address. Please check our Estimated Arrival Times above.
Extra duties and taxes may apply to some regions. In these cases the recipient of the item is responsible for these fees. If you’d like to find out more please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, we will refund your purchase if returned within 7 days of delivery, but the return shipping isn’t covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Super Classic packaging.
If you want to exchange an item for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please return your item in original condition, and in the original Super Classic packaging. Please note that shipping costs for the return item and shipping of the replacement item are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you made an error when purchasing, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we should be able to adjust your order before it is shipped.
